Our Services 24/12Hours Professional Nursing Home Care

I am taking Nurses/Brothers after being informed under mentioned conditions for receiving nurses from ICG:

• I shall follow the rules of the company.
• The guardian of patient will pay against patient care services.
• No money should be given to nurses directly.
• No discussion should be made with nurses regarding payment term.
• Nurses should not be treated badly.
• I shall not ask nurses to do any other task/job other than patient care.
• I shall not give any monetary support to nurses.
• The nurses will go and stay with patient where ever the patient stays including above addresses and all hospitals where the patient get admitted.
• I shall pay by 2nd day of every month
• The care received has to pay festival bonus equivalent to one month basic salary in a year at time of Major religious festivals /s (maximum two)
• Security deposit will be Tk.50% Paid.
• Nurses will get one daily meal and snacks.

  ICG will take the Following Responsibility For the services Period given by ICG / Nurses.

• Nursing is a profession within the health care sector focused on the care of individuals, families, and communities so they may attain, maintain, or recover optimal health and quality of life.
• Please feel free to inform us if our Nurses /Bothers will do any mistake with you.
• The highly skilled medical professionals who deliver services to the our clients of ICG are among the best, and go through a verification process, behavioral training and orientation programs even before they enter the home of our clients and come with a complete back-up system so that patients or family members are never left alone or without any medical attention.
• ICG  will assist patient with his patient with his basic personal activates,which include bathing,dressing,medicine ,mobility,transferring,from bed to chair,and using to toilet,the care giver must maintain personal cleanliness, hygiene while in service and should be ready to render services whenever needed by the patient.

• In case of stealing, robbery, negligence or going away from patient's home withoutinforming or showing any severe misconduct withpatient, the provider will be responsible for his actions and has to face legal actions if any.
• ICG, must not sleep at night and leave the patient unattended. Rather care giver must do his personal works and take sleep based on mutually agreed timing during daytime.
• ICG must not communicate or keep contact with outsiders other than the family members of the patient. However, he can communicate with Provider Company and his family members when needed.
• ICG Must giver (15 Day) prior notice in case of leaving the services/job with due reasons to show.
